Headshot1.JPG

Background

Rose is a registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience. After graduating with a first-class honour’s degree, Rose began her career as a Dietitian in the NHS, gaining broad experience across oncology, IBS, weight management, diabetes care, and neurodegenerative disease.

Following this, Rose went on to work for a medical nutrition company, working across research and regulatory affairs. Pursuing her passion for research, Rose then joined the Macmillan Survivorship Research Group at the University of Southampton and enjoyed publishing research exploring the role of nutrition in cancer and other long-term conditions. Alongside her research, Rose continued her clinical work as a Macmillan Dietitian at St Luke’s Cancer Centre, Guildford.

After starting a family and wanting greater flexibility, Rose founded Winchester Dietitian.

What to expect

Rose offers virtual and face to face appointments, her specialist areas include oncology and gut health, and she has a special interest in the role of nutrition in fertility and pregnancy. Rose is a firm believer in person-centred care and will provide evidence-based nutritional advice and support.
